David (Kevin) Klaas
David is the founder of Monarch Solutions, and has worked in the insurance arena for 2 decades. He graduated from Judson University in 2002 with a degree in Business Finance. David and his beautiful wife, Jennie, have six children: Gabriel, Vienna, Ellis, Janelle Joy, Jude and Liam Brave. He enjoys wake-surfing, studying the Bible, hunting and fishing, golf and vacationing on a beach with his bride!

Louisa joined Monarch Solutions in February 2013. She has a background in business administration and teaching math. Louisa and her husband, Jonathan, have a son, Wyatt, and run a mixed martial arts gym in Roscoe, IL. With their free time, they enjoy traveling and going to the park with their dog, Lola.
Tiffany heads up the Underwriting division at Monarch Solutions through Lion Street. In this role, Tiffany has oversight within the underwriting team and strategic initiatives in the Underwriting and New Business divisions. Her additional areas of expertise include reinsurance staging and negotiations, foreign nationals, complex medical history, advanced case design, product selection and premium finance. Tiffany has been active in the life insurance industry since 1990, serving in various underwriting leadership capacities for companies including Voya (formerly ING – Security Life of Denver), US Financial and Mutual of Omaha. She also brings vast medical knowledge from her previous career in nursing. Passionate about continuing education, Tiffany has earned her FALU designation and currently teaches underwriting courses of all levels for hundreds of field office staff. She specializes in training both internal and external key staff in field underwriting. Tiffany is active in several industry groups, including the ALU, where she served on the Seminar and Webinar Committee and Marketing Committee. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Insurance Medicine and a regular speaker and contributor on current events and trends in underwriting and the industry.
Bill has worked in the Life Insurance industry for over 27 years as a consultant, manager, and financial advisor coach. He provides a holistic view of how life insurance can improve a financial position for individuals and business owners. Bill has a passion for guiding his clients towards solutions that reduce their taxes, improve their return on savings, and lower their costs/fees. He is a member of Finseca as well as the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, as well as the Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation. Bill is also a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, a graduate of Polk State College, and currently resides in the western Chicago suburbs with his spouse, Jola. Bill and Jola have two grown daughters and are now very proud (and recent) grandparents.
She brings more than a decade of experience in life insurance product management, competitive intelligence, case design, advanced planning experience, and planning for foreign nationals, specializing in the Latin American market. Having gained valuable experience working with a large producer group, as well as at the insurance company level, helped Celeste develop a deep, sophisticated, and comprehensive understanding of life insurance products. This allows her to find suitable product solutions and create strategic life insurance plans to assist clients with wealth and legacy planning. Celeste is married to her high school sweetheart, Efrain, and they live in Dallas with their young daughter and their English Bulldog, Archie. For fun, Celeste enjoys CrossFit and reading books across multiple genres.
Palmer has worked in the insurance and financial services industry for over 40 years. As a seasoned veteran, he merged his insurance practice with Monarch Solutions in early 2019 and now enjoys a business development role within our team.
Rebecca joined Monarch Solutions in May 2016. She has a background in business and medical administration. Rebecca and her husband, Tim, have four children: Andrew (Becca), Jessica, Megan (Jake) and Joseph and four precious grandchildren: Juliana, Noah, Vienna and Colton. She was born and raised in Rockford and spends her free time with family or reading, boating, biking, traveling and Crossfit.
Julie joined Monarch Solutions in April 2021. She worked as a Legislative Aide for a State Senator for 8 years. She also brings 14 years of insurance industry experience to Monarch. She is married and has one son. She enjoys being outdoors, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
Carol joined Monarch Solutions in April 2022. Her background includes a career in social work in the Rockford area, helping to establish children with safe and secure families. Carol worked as a Marketing Director for McDonald's corporate restaurants located in Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa. She began her Medicare career in 2010. Carol and her husband Dean reside in Rockford and they have 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren, and 2 Old English Sheepdogs, Sophie and Zoey. Carol is an avid reader, knitter, gardener, and she loves to travel.
Mary has been with Monarch Solutions since January 2017. She grew up in the Chicago area and has lived in Rockford since 1992. She is married and has raised 3 children. She has one grandchild, Steven.She enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and all things related to family.
Nanette joined our team in August 2020. She is a wife, mother of 4 grown sons, and grandmother of two. Her background is in education and finance. Her interests are reading, music, and history.
Brianna joined Monarch in November 2022. Bri has an insurance and pharmacy tech background. She was born and raised in the Rockford area. She serves as a volunteer at the Garden Prairie Improvement Association and Noah’s Ark Animal Shelter. When Bri is not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, sailing, skiing and traveling.
